Inventory Availability

All of the products listed on our web site are either in stock in our warehouse or available for shipment from our suppliers within 4-6 weeks. Occasionally due to the seasonal nature of our products, we may be unable to ship a product that has been ordered. In those circumstances where there is an issue with our ability to get you the product, we will contact you immediately by email or phone to let you know when the product will become available. In those cases, we will either backorder the product for you at your request, or we will issue you a refund for the product.

Shipping

Art Gifts & Souvenirs typically ships all orders within 1 to 3 business days. We will advise you when your product has shipped and we will provide you with the order tracking details as well.

Return Policy

Art Gifts & Souvenirs is dedicated to providing you with quality customer service. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the purchases that you make at 4souvenirs.com. It is our policy that you may return merchandise purchased on our site for any reason within 14 days of delivery of a shipment for a refund, exchange or store credit.

All merchandise returned to Art Gifts & Souvenirs must be returned in the manufacturers original packaging (like new condition). The package must include all components and other items originally packaged with the merchandise. Upon receipt of your return we will gladly issue you an exchange, credit or refund your money to the original form of purchase, less shipping and handling and a 20% re-stocking fee.
